MikMic is a platform created in Jalisco, Mexico. It is 100% Jalisco-based and designed to allow users to easily and safely purchase transportation through a simple app that allows them to set their desired route, check the trip itinerary, and verify the total price of transportation. This allows users to use everyday transportation with greater peace of mind, as they have complete control over their trip.
Our platform is available for mobile devices, both Android and iOS, in their respective app stores. You can also find more information about this app on this website. To use our app, you need to register as a new user. If you have already registered, you only need to log in with your credentials in our app. If you want to register, you can do so by clicking on the button with the text MikMic! at the top of this screen and following all the instructions. It is important to note that you can register as a “Customer” if you want to get rides quickly and safely, or as a “Driver” if you want to provide rides to other users of the system. At MikMic, we are always at the service of our users to provide them with private, comfortable, and safe transportation within their means and to their destinations. All this from a single app.
We use your mobile device's GPS to provide you with the best assistance based on your location, as well as giving you the best routes and alternatives so you can reach your destinations quickly and efficiently at a lower cost than regular transportation companies. We have a real-time chat feature available for every trip you take using our app, so drivers and customers can stay in touch.

Requirements for integrating your car into MikMic’s services:

Vehicle 10 years old or newer, counting the current year. Example: in 2023, only vehicles from 2013 onwards will be accepted.
4-door vehicle.
Vehicle with front airbags.
Vehicle with air conditioning.
Vehicle with trunk.
Vehicle with headrests.
Vehicle with ABS brakes.
Vehicle with seat belts.
Vehicle with fire extinguisher.
Vehicle with first aid kit.
Vehicle with tool kit.
Capacity for at least 4 passengers, in addition to the driver.
Good condition with no cosmetic damage.
No commercial branding.

The documents required to register a vehicle with MikMic are as follows:

  • Vehicle registration card.
  • Insurance policy.

These documents must be registered and approved by MikMic administrative staff on our platform.

  • If you wish to travel with the MikMic service, payment is made in cash.
  • If you wish to be a driver for the MikMic platform, when you deposit money into your MikMic wallet, payments are made by credit or debit card and the amount is reflected in your profile (you must have a balance in order to accept trips).

The requirements to become a MikMic driver are obtained through a series of documents requested during registration on the platform, which are:

  • Driver’s license.
  • INE (National Identification Number).

These documents must be registered and approved by MikMic administrative staff within our platform.
